Default What's a good website for reviews of digitally-based content?

I'm not looking for reviews of specific content, it's more of a quality of service question.

I just got badly burned by a website, cancelled my subscription after less than 2 hours(just now) and got zero of my $34.95 back. Suffice it to say, zenra.net(yes, it's a porn site) sucks the big one, metaphorically speaking. They might do it the other way too, but the site was too much torture(mental, not sexual) for me to ever go back.

Why on earth would someone think it's a good idea to offer a porn website that can't buffer worth a damn? If you try to skip ahead then the download is guaranteed to fail. It's a damn porn site, who ISN'T going to fast-forward at some point?

Anyway, zenra.net sucks, and yes, I'm a fool for not Googling reviews first.

Anyway, please re-read before posting, I still want advice on a good reviewing site.
