F10,21=10^(2^21)+1 is composite

Today I proved that F10,21=10^(2^21)+1 is composite by Yves Gallot's Proth.exe on 2.80GHz P4 PC with Windows XP,it has 2097153 digits and it is the smallest Generalized Fermat number characteristic unknown.
I hope that someone can check it again to prove that this thing is true.
