It resembles

or

If the capitilization doesn't count, then

bow is the time for all good men to come up the maid at the party

or

job is the time for all good men to come up the maid at the party

or

jow is the time for all good men to come up the maid at the party

(jow is the sound of the bell)

or

vow is the time for all good men to come up the maid at the party

Otherwise there might be a typo in the question.

You don't need to guess any characters. All punctuation and capitalisation etc. is perfectly decodable once you discover the method.
