What is the difference between the sm20 and sm30 executable?

One is compiled for "compute capability 2.0", and the other 3.0. If your card can handle the latter you probably want that one. Though I think the only difference right now is that the latter runs twice as many curves at once. On my 660 Ti the actual gain in speed was slight if any iirc.
Try both and see what works best? |

My GTX 560 has compute capability 2.1 so i will use the sm20 version - thanks for explanation.
