Default Retained exponents

Looks like the server hasn´t been releasing exponents for more than a week now:

15263021 D 66 6664261 208.3 -54.3 -7.3 11-Sep-06 15:59 24-Apr-06

This is just an example, there are many more cases.
This will be a good occasion for grabbing small exponents, keep an eye on the reports, the exps will eventually be released...

Maybe kicking the server a bit will work better. Sometimes the releasing expired exponents process gets stuck for a time which is longer than what can be explained by a few hiccups. Looks like it is permanently out of order until someone removes an obstacle.
