All the open-ended Aliquot sequences.

I made a zip file with the 9416 (or so) Aliquot sequences in elf format less than 1 million.

I ran it though a special "cleanup" program which replaces formulas that can occur on the left hand side of the equation with the number.

I also removed the final partial line because the current aliqueit has problems with it under windows (two numbers on the same line).

The idea is that is that if you download this you will have all the sequences right there and don't usually need to go and get them from the db. Instead you can look at the last index in the db and in the aliqueit sequence and only get it if it has changed.

Note however that the database will always have an index one higher because it includes the final partial (unfactored) line.

I also included a currList.txt file with the list of the numbers and a currStatus.txt which has the seq number, the index, and the number of digits. currStatus.txt is a tab-separated list. It also includes at the end some files in the summary that are not in the list (ones terminated recently) and numbers in C80 that are not in the list (ones that terminated since that list was made).

Finally, I put a README.txt in with some back info.

Tell me if there are any problems. I am trying badango which I have never used before. Note that if anyone wants to put it somewhere permanent they may do so. This one expires in 50 days.

The file is here at around 457 megabytes

This is an 84 MB version in .alq format. To decompress, you will need alq.exe from this thread.

Ya that seems a good longer term solution if we don't have a permanent site for it. I haven't actually tried uploading anything before though.

Could you compress the files so they're in .alq format? (check this thread to get alq.exe; elf2alq has problems with sequences like 4788 which are very high)

I tried elf2alq and it crashed right away -probably on 276 which was first.

I can try alq.exe.

It looks like it will take over a day to complete all sequences and I don't have access to this computer on the weekends, so I can continue on Monday. Note that its much slower than alq2elf was.

Attached are two torrent files inside a zip. One of the torrents is for the .zip version, and one for the .7z version.
.7z makes smaller files than .zip (in this case, 406 MB instead of 456 MB). This is the first time I've made a .torrent file, so I might've done something stupid.

The MD5 of the final .7z file should be 531E2ADF3D73336990DBA8DBFC719F0A
I'm also including a torrent for the .zip version, which is what Greebley uploaded to badango. That .zip's MD5 is 539D415A829A752B9DDAF9D7DC4B3556.
.7z is smaller, but .zip can potentially have more seeders to start with from people who already downloaded it from badango, (including Greebley) so...I don't know. Download whichever you want, I suppose. I'm seeding both.
Edit: swapped out the zip, if you downloaded before this please redownload. I'm pretty sure at least one of the .torrents inside the zip was broken.

The alq.exe you suggested worked. I can now provide an alq version at 84 megabytes. Not only is this faster to download, it doesn't need the strange split that the bigger file did (i.e. the previous file couldn't just be downloaded without a 'merge' step for files over 300 MB.

Here is the 84 MB file with alq2elf.exe to convert to elf.

One more useful thing. The files don't have the alq_ before them that the default aliqueit uses. I created a batch file that changes them to alq_<number>.elf. In unix, you would need to alias mv to move, since it uses DOS' move.
