An interesting exercise is to eval the probability of such 4-letter occurrence under (more or less adequate) assumption of random nature of residue values' distribution.
Other than that, this is a fairly popular initialization value (to detect memory leaks in one's code or similar) v = 0xDEADBEEF. |
