How does it perform on FP32?

The consumer version is the RX 550X which is a pretty poor card for consumer applications, pretty much no one should buy the 550X instead of something else in the lineup but that may not translate to the pro lineup. If you're having trouble finding stats on the 3200, looking at 550X benchmarks and accounting for the slightly higher power/performance of the 3200 might help you make a decision.
