Assigned exponents

Small suggestion / request:

When viewing exponent status maybe the active assignment for the exponent should be moved to the "standard" view and expired assignments remain in the "Show full details" view.

The active assignment is quite an important property of the exponent?

It's worth a look. There was a discussion on whether to include *all* of the previous/expired assignments by default also, or only include them for the really curious with some kind of option, just to make things cleaner. Those two things could be done in tandem if any changes are being made at all.
