Is anyone other than you the remotest bit interested in this?

I can't wrap my head around this... In the Celsius scale, the body temperature is about 37 °C. That's, by definition, 100 °F.

But how does the Fahrenheit scale fit into this octal Celsius scale?

Freezing what? Boiling what? Mercury? At what pressure? Is it a linear scale?

You have not properly specified whatever it is you are trying to say.

16°OF(Octal Fahrenheit) for every 10°OC(Octal Celsius)

32°OF = 0°OC
50°OF = 10°OC
66°OF = 20°OC
104°OF = 30°OC
122°OF = 40°OC
140°OF = 50°OC
156°OF = 60°OC
174°OF = 70°OC
212°OF = 100°OC

The Boiling and Freezing are for water under the standard pressure.

The °F to °C formula involves a 9/5, or, amplified by 2, that would mean 18/10, so, if you go to base 8, tha't 022/012. Where does 14/8 comes from? If you discard the float part as you like, of course you lose precision. You are wasting everybody's time. Next attempt will result in a week ban.
