This is a book by Theodore Gray(copyright 2009), in it are multiple errors even I the idiot can pick out for one it shows coppers melting point to be below 0 on it's temperature scale, second it list technetium and promethium as the 2 exceptions to the fact that all elements below bismuth are stable but they both have atomic numbers< bismuth hence they are above it.

The book is correct there. Perhaps you have confused the meanings of "below" and "above" in this context.

"Below" in this context means having a lesser atomic number, not being vertically farther "down" on the two-dimensional periodic table in the orientation with which it's usually displayed. Hydrogen is "below" every other element.

that phrasing should be abolished I think as it never got told that was it in any chemistry class I ever took.

what about the copper melting below 0 Celsius ? according to Wikipedia it melts at over 1000 Celsius and that's quite a big lie if the book is accurate.

Most people don't need Wikipedia to check that copper melts above 0 Celsius.

I didn't either but I just give references that show above 0 is accurate but below is crazy unless it's at a high pressure.

Can I guess that it says the melting point is -38.83 °C? Possibly mixed up with mercury.

I can't tell it shows it in a scale on the side with 500 degree increments marked.

looks to me like 91 K but that's only a guess.
