No, totally wrong.

1. donations are voluntary. You don't "donate" to buy love - you are confusing that with fee-for-service. No, you donate because you care for the forum to function as a whole.
2. New "blogs" can always be created entirely for free - as long as they satisfy a fairly arbitrary set of conditions: a) only one person writes, sometimes 10-20 posts in a row; b) no one reads them (only google/BingBot Spider/Yandex spider/and other bots).
