Rover Perseverance. Finding life and preparing people for life on Mars
Key objectives: studying the suitability of Mars, looking for signs of past microbial life, collecting and caching samples, and preparing for future human missions that will lead to the colonization of Mars. Nevertheless, I see the popularity of all projects related to the study of the planet, which for some reason they want to colonize. |

Oh, I don't mind that. I'm even very much for it. It is very interesting. It just seems to me that if at least some of these scientists are involved in the development of life on this planet, something worthwhile could turn out. I'm sorry if you decide that I don't understand this. I just think it's a little too early to talk about it seriously.

The main event of 2020 was the COVID-19 pandemic and lots of space businesses spend their force against the pandemic. The link removed for example delivers coronavirus tests using drones. On May 30, 2020, SpaceX launched the Crew Dragon manned aircraft for the first time into space. In February, NASA and the European Space Agency launched the Solar Orbiter research vehicle into space. In October, the OSIRIS-REx research probe completed the collection of soil samples from the surface of the near-Earth asteroid Bennu. But the main news was the fact that Betelgeuse didn't explode and actually it turned out that it was space dust which closed the view of the star. So the star is going to live.
