Yes, you have a valid point, i will actually do that just to ensure that slot B2 is functional, like you said.

Hello,
Yes you have a valid point. So i did end up installing a RAM stock into slot B2 only, and ran memtest86 for 2 passes with no errors detected. I think the error stems from the XMP 1 Asus optimized profile, since i have not encountered any issues with the XMP 2 profile which loads the DIMMs complete default XMP profile, with ram sticks in slot A2 and B2.



Which is weird, as i have been using XMP 1 for almost two years and the error only appears now, Would it be motherboard related in your opinion?

As far as I know the XMP profiles are stored the memory sticks. They are read by the BIOS of the motherboard which then should set the all parameters including voltage for the system. Since that profile worked on another motherboard, the problem must be with the BIOS of the motherboard. You could try to update it if there is a new version or leave it as it is since you have a working computer.
