I can notice that when prime95 is running my computer lags a little. Opening web pages take longers, switching bewteen windows and such.
anyone else have this problem???? i thought i was only using idle time? if there nothing that can be done i guess i'm going to have to stop running prime:(. it not worth the lag |

Did you leave priority set to 1??
Is this a hyper-threading-enabled P4? |

Another concern could be you are in the midst of P-1 Stage 2 with a high amount of memory allocated to Prime95. You could add the line
[code:1]OnlyRunStage2WithMaxMemory=1[/code:1] to the prime.ini file and set the daytime memory lower. |
