Default Unable to run PSP-Sieve under Vista Home Premium

Hi,
I am unable to get PSP-Sieve to run under MSVista Home Premium
AMD 5200+ 2x64, 2 G. ram. The message that I get is...

10/29/07 00:42:25 ERROR: Failed to open input file `sr2data.txt'.
10/29/07 00:44:09 ERROR: Failed to open input file `sr2data.txt'.
10/29/07 00:50:19 ERROR: Failed to open input file `sr2data.txt'.
10/29/07 00:51:31 ERROR: Failed to open input file `sr2data.txt'.
10/29/07 00:55:00 ERROR: Failed to open input file `sr2data.txt'.
10/31/07 16:17:22 ERROR: Failed to open input file `sr2data.txt'.

Any help would be GREAT... I downloaded & unzipped both the application & .dat files into the same folder...

You should run the application with the "-s" switch which forces it to use "Sob.dat".
