Default HHCTRL error messages in XP Pro

I am getting this HHCTRL error in my application events logs (XP Pro). It started Oct. 27 and killed Prime95 V25.7 build 3. I've searched the forum to no avail. It might be a problem with chm files. Does the Mersenne Prime server serve any chm files as part of its operation? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Application Event Log:
The description for Event ID ( 1904 ) in Source ( HHCTRL ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event:,

The Mersenne section of the error also changes info in the event reported. There are four distinct errors with the same event ID 1904 but have different http references. Notice two are javascript calls.

Microsoft reports this: "Microsoft has released security bulletin MS05-026." Dated Oct 11, 2007
