Default Queue management for 14e queue

Post jobs here that you want sieved with the "d" queue = 14e siever.

We intend for e_small to take over nearly the entire set of numbers done on 14e over the past year or two. Most of the jobs best on this queue are those traditionally done with 30LP. This queue will run dry somewhat often, by intent.

Guidelines:
1. If it could be faster on 15e, please send it to e_small.
2. Lim's are capped at 100M. If you need lim's bigger than 100M, you should be on e_small.
3. If you need Q above 150M, you should be on e_small.

Suggesting sieve range is 20M-120M, I'll take the LA.

P.S.: This job slightly faster with 31LP than with 30LP, but of course it can be done with 30LP to follow guidelines for 14e queue.

I’d feel better running this as a 30-bit job, with the lims = 67M (which is less than the max lim of 100M for 14d).

Should I keep the same Q range? Or bump up Qmax a bit?

Yes, 20M-120M should be good there. Poly has been corrected with 30LP bounds.
