Hello.
I've downloaded version 26.6.12 of the Mersenne Prime Test Program for FreeBSD 64-bit. When I try to run it, I receive the following error messages: Quote:
How can I fix this? |

Sometimes this bug just solves itself (new versions of mprime are supposed to self-register). If I weren't away from my computer I could fix it for sure.
I might be able to help if you add "Debug=2" to the primenet section on prime.txt. Run mprime and get the failure message. Email the prime.log file to me at woltman at alum.mit.edu. If I can't fix it, I'll forward the info to Scott. |

Please try again. If it fails let us know the version number and build number.
There is a version 28 available that should be slightly faster for most modern CPUs. |
