Combination of staying up late and first dependency means I got the result earlier than expected.

Thanks for the contribution!

Unfortunately, we fell out on the wrong side of the 50%
Code:
7004. c158 = 2^3 * 3^2 * p59 * p97
7005. c158 = 2^3 * 3^2 * p4 * p8 * c144
[Edit: I can run some ECM on the c144 starting in a few minutes....]

Last fiddled with by schickel on 2011-11-17 at 10:20 Reason: fixing typo

That's funny! My ECM work looks like this:
Code:
a283752.c144 B 250000 1106 1106 1106
a283752.c144 B 1000000 1340 1340 1340
a283752.c144 B 3000000 119 119 119
And it hasn't found anything yet....though there's still a chance: I've got two remote machines that need to check in to turn the comp off. I'll let you know if they find anything.

Well, I guess the next line will tell us whether or not it's worth continuing....
Code:
 7004 . c158 = 2^3 * 3^2 * 25765363736874183236360208066033119840432896569361665204083 * 5834749788176290761703889491617814740510653164820177220151722312346086896208073517741083409149787
 7005 . c158 = 2^3 * 3^2 * 5839 * 68581993 * 60291836912590436494315264323611839117 * 90717343371552392831358592669630774086484953881786551 * 117255632496157367495055819055858989019029012114429461
 7006 . c158 = 2^3 * 3^3 * 7 * 97 * 109 * 179 * 3830611 * 3112945763537 * 453284800539931455823973449
At this point, it is definite there will be no escape, but if the next line looks better, maybe.....

Once it drops back to 2^3*3 we should probably drop it.
