I thought the software wouldn't let you go that low.

The software won't let you go that low. This only happens when proof uploading stops (and does not resume) for some reason. This is a 3 month old proof where not much of the proof file made it to the server.

Make sure you run that on a reliable PC. You get no Gerbicz protection during a CERT.

I see. Pretty cool that proof uploading proceeds in such a way as to make failed uploads not completely worthless. That must have required some finesse to implement.

Eight matching LL residues, and multiple wavefront PRPs with no GEC failures, in the past two months. Rock solid. (A ninth residue is pending LL quad-check, but the run didn't report any errors and I finished a matching one immediately after, so I'll stake my bet on the first two tests being bad and not mine.)

Sorry, but another question: I'm being assigned normal certs that aren't starting because the huge one is already in progress. I believe I've read that certs time out very fast. If the big cert is going to take maybe four days in total, do I need to worry about the expiration of any others that my system picks up within that time?

I can recall earlier discussion about this behavior and thought that the result of it was the server being changed to not release full-length assignments upon manual NF or NF-PM1 being turned in. Was that a different case (for example, returning TF and not P-1, or LL assignments rather than PRP assignments) or am I misremembering entirely?

Edited: Incidentally, it looks like M59570729 can be taken off the lists. A cert successfully completed today.
