I configured my PC like your schedule at 4:00 am and now saw the same issue and I know what it is.

The problem is the schedule does not recognize a "new" schedule the next time that one comes around for processing. It is due to having just ONE event in the schedule that is being processes.

For now (workaround) add a second event *,*:50,UPLOAD_EVENTS.

Done. Thanks for prompt reply (of course you meant UPLOAD_RESULTS)

Chuck BETA 2 is out there and it will probably work, but I only got to test in the debugger.

I have it running on my PC but won't be able to look at it until late tonight.

Please try it if you can. remember to remove the extra entry so that it is operating with a single event.

thx

Scott.

OK BETA 2 started with a single event in the schedule list.

BETA 2 is working correctly with a single entry in the schedule file. It has been uploading hourly for the past several hours.

2.9 beta 1 is out there.

Given all the changes I've made it is worthy of real version number jump so 2.8 beta is now renamed to 2.9 beta.

The beta I just put out includes more tuning around the scheduler, new links in the link menu, removal of some dead/unused features, etc.

thanks Chuck. I remember the days when lots of people used to try to help me out, now it's almost deathly silent. I think we've lost everybody from the trendy year of 2012

No, you don't. The silence is a proof that everything works well here on this side of the pool, we are happy with version 2.7 and there is no hurry to change it as long as is not a must to change it (like changes into the web page or communication protocol that would render 2.7 ineffective). Be sure that if something goes wrong with 2.7, I will be the first that you will hear from, very loud...

We sustain and recommend Misfit. As I said, since I have it, I forgot how to write batch files and scripts...

We understand your need for testers, but our time is limited right now, and one particular reason why we didn't switch to 2.9 is exactly as explained: we forgot to write scripts and we are terrified of the perspective that (if understood right from the discussion) we have to write manually commands for the scheduler. We understand that the new one would be more powerful, but the old one works for our goal of reporting results every 4 ours and we are very happy with it for a while.

We take this opportunity to thanks again for your continuous efforts in making this tool better.
