They're in separate folders, so I should be ok. Mine is Downloads/Prime95 and Downloads/mfaktc

It's a command-line tool, so while it's working there should be output in the console.

When I open mfaktc, all it says is "Running a selftest..." then it closes. I can't seem to find the worktodo file either. To clarify, I'm using V0.21 on cuda80.

If you haven't created a worktodo.txt with assignments, then it has nothing to do so will just exit.
If you haven't configured MISFIT to fetch/submit work for you, you'll need to go to https://www.mersenne.org/manual_assignment/ to get some assignments (and to https://www.mersenne.org/manual_result/ to submit the results when they're done).

If you opened it by double-clicking the exe the window will just go away. It may be better (at least initially) to open a command prompt in that directory and run mfaktc.exe manually so the window doesn't just disappear when the program exits, you can see what the last message was, whether error or success.

I can't seem to find Command Prompt on my PC anywhere. Tried looking but can't see it. I'm on Windows 10 rn.

Got it all up and running, but MISFIT said: "Error: Expected two arguments!" when I opened the server.
Fix?

Ok, so I opened the actual app and it wanted me to run mfaktx instead of mfaktc. Fix?

I'm not familiar with MISFIT, but I assume when they say "mfaktX" they're using it as a placeholder for either "mfaktc" (NVIDIA) or "mfakto" (AMD), depending on what's applicable to your system (mfaktc in your case)
