I have a mfaktc 0.21 version compiled with CUDA 11.2 + GPUSieveSize=2047 and my 3080Ti gets around 6000 GHz-d/day.
M168M exponents from 2^75 to 2^76 run the trial factoring with the speed of 4,950 GHz-d/day, but only 4,650 GHz-d/day for 2^76 to 2^77, so your 6,000 GHz-d/day record is probably benchmarked with the smaller exponents and under 2^76.
