 2019-06-10, 19:57 #1115 lavalamp     Oct 2007 Manchester, UK 1,373 Posts Honestly, I was never really a fan of separate threads for reservations and results. Now with the reservations page now up at mersenne.ca, perhaps it would be good to create a new (and locked?) checkout thread with info about how and where to reserve a range, maybe with a link to mfaktc. I still think it's nice to have a results thread to post interesting factors, work on existing reservations, milestone progress etc.

Unfortunately you didn't have the user ID specified in your mfaktc.ini (see V5UserID and ComputerID) so the result was credited anonymously:
https://www.mersenne.ca/exponent/3321928381

I can fix this one manually if you confirm your GIMPS username ("WGJC3107" ?) and (optionally) a processor ID (e.g. "RTX2080" or whatever you want), but please (including everyone reading this thread) please ensure that your ini file is set correctly (same setting exists for both mfaktc and mfakto) and that your result lines are generated with the "UID:" string at the beginning so the results can be credited properly.

Edit mfaktc.ini, look for the section that looks like this towards the bottom:
Code:
V5UserID=WGJC3107123
ComputerID=mfaktc_RTX2080

You can edit the mfaktc.ini file in the following section:
Code:
# if V5UserID and ComputerID are specified, then the result lines in the
# results file will have the prefix "UID: user/host, " - the same way as
# prime95 does it.
#
# Default: none (unset)
#
V5UserID=WGJC3107123
ComputerID=your_preferred_computer_name
