I have checked my drivers, and there is a folder in my driver with OpenCL, so that makes me assume I have it.
Now the problem is, I unzipped it, got 100 assignments (Oh jeez), and set up the batch file to run mfakto-x64.exe, and I get the following error: ERROR: init_CL(3, 0) failed Is it because I have an Intel Graphics Card? (Darn you Intel, why couldn't I get Nvidia instead?) Help would be appreciated! |

You can try this: in mfakto.ini set
GPUType=INTEL SieveOnGPU=0 This worked for me with Skylake and Kaby Lake, but I don't know if it workes for Ivy Bridge. Also, I used mfakto-0.15pre6 from http://mersenneforum.org/mfakto/ |

EDIT: I'm still getting the same error (init_CL(3, 0) failed), and I'm getting an out of resources error: clCreateContextFromType(GPU) error. Interestingly enough, I found this post, which shows somebody being able to run it on the Intel HD4000. They used Windows 7 instead of Windows 10, like I do. If I didn't download the right OpenCL thing for Intel, could you kindly point me to the right download? Thanks! Last fiddled with by Yoshi24517 on 2017-04-01 at 18:26 |
