Default quadratic reciprocity law for gaussian integer and pyth. triple

A peaceful evening for you,

I noticed that there exists a quadratic reciprocity law for gaussian integers:

Do I see it right that every pyth. triple a, b, c with a²+b²=c²
is always a positiv residue for a+bI, because b is even ?

Greetings from the unit circle
