But there is a nonzero and non-vanishingly small probability that All Tests will find the missing Mersenne prime let's say between 57885161 and 74207281. Since then there were not all these GEC and PRP innovations with improvements yet.

In this case, there will be an intersection of the purple curve with the blue one. Correct me if I am wrong.

I threw this together. It is a nice visualization of the impact of the PRP Cert process.
(yes the vertical scale is trimmed. but then again all factored exponents are ones that don't need FTC)

It took a while, but the conversion from LL to PRP (hopefully mostly with proof generation) is nearing completion. A check of "recently cleared" 2021-07-19 showed a mix of primality tests for exponents >100M, 12 LL (mostly elapsed time over a year) vs. 924 PRP, ~1.2% LL.
