How can one get his account (display) name changed?
That is the name of the GIMPS account.

1. Login to GIMPS
2. Go to "Account/Team info" --> "My Account" --> "Update Settings"
3. Edit under Public Name:

May be displayed in website reports. Can be left blank, in which case any reports on work you have been assigned or have completed will be displayed as "ANONYMOUS".

4. Select "Enable programs and web sites to display my stats." if you want your stats displayed on the GIMPS site.

A) Which Prime95 version did you run?
B) In Prime95, why do small FFTs generate the most heat, despite CPU at 100% for all options?

I don't understand how this is relevant to the question about changing your displayed name?
I use 28.x currently.

Small FFTs stress the ALUs in the CPU harder. With very small FFTs, the data fits in the L2 cache of the processor removing the bandwidth limitations you normally get with RAM.
