Default Newtwork LLR2

The network LLR2 is ready. If some one could host it with k<300 riesel numbers then it would be real easy to bring more k's to 200K.

it is available on rieselsieve.com (under download)

Thanks for the info. I don't think I can use it on my office machines because it seems a client located behind the firewall cannot access the server, but I'd like to set up the server on my LAN to serve my local clients. I hope the client's LLR is the latest version (not sure because Riesel sieve guys cannot benefit from it since their k's are too large), but that can be tested easily.

I saw that last night! I haven't had a chance to look at it yet, but I am planning on setting up a server / servers. Let me see what is needed, and hopefully we'll have something up and running soon! (I do have to get some "Real work" done first though :(

OK, forget real work
I've taken k=63, and setup a server for it!

This is just a test to see how it work - I'll add other k's later.

Here is the info if you want to try it:
Download the LLRnet client from here: http://www.mystudentsenate.com/drop/llrcli.zip
Extract all the files to a folder on your drive
Edit the llr-serverconfig.txt file (Use wordpad if you have problems editing it)
Make the following changes to the llr-serverconfig.txt file:
Change the server from "llrnet.rieselsieve.com" to "riesel.15k.org"
Change the username = "nobody" to "<Your Username>"
Start the client!

I've started a sieve on the following k's:
129, 131, 133, 135, 137, 139, 141, 143, 145, 147, 149. I'll add them to the server when they have sieved for a bit.

could you run some numbers on port 80 or some other port. port 7000 is blocked due to firewalls.

When I get a "Production" server setup, I will try to get port 80 to work on it, but I am currently using port 80 on all of my IP addresses....

Try this: (Set in the llr-serverconfig.txt file)

Server = "riesel443.15k.org"
Port = 443

-Mark

One other thing - I added k=65 to the server...

Looks good on my side! I can see you in the logs.

FYI-
I've asked a friend for help on creating stats based on the server logs. This will take a few days to get up and running, but it is a high-priority to get setup!
