sopt binary --> resolved

Importing other polys can be a bit difficult, you'll have to play around with the individual binaries to figure out how they work (or read code or view the -help output).
It actually was very easy (thank you, Shi Bai!) My mistake was that I used an official release CADO-NFS-2.2.0. After installing a development version from a git repository I found sopt library where it should have been. After that
/home/max/Desktop/cado-nfs/build/Phenom/polyselect/sopt  -inputpolys /home/max/Desktop/cado-nfs/work/c140_1/raw.txt -sopteffort  1000 -v >> /home/max/Desktop/cado-nfs/work/c140_1/sopt.txt
does what I wanted to do.
