Apologies--the "-o" was used before and does the same thing. Adding the "-ao", however, led it to find everything. I will try the previous steps of re-generating the filelist.

 2021-07-25, 23:05 #14 wombatman I moo ablest echo power!     May 2013 23×223 Posts Still running into issues generating the filelist Code: code BUG() : condition rc == 0 failed in split_iter_open_next_file I think for now I will just keep generating relations until I can get MSieve to do the linear algebra and do the troubleshooting once this factorization is finished.

I've seen it on a couple of GNFS jobs recently and was hoping to gather some more data on when it occurs before reporting it to the CADO team. I don't think it's got anything to do with all of the file manipulations that you've been doing
