I thought it would be a good idea to start a topic on group ideas, rules, and procedures etc.

For instance when exponents n, are tested up to (xxxxxx), can another member reserve any or all range/s of n?
This is up to you the members. :(
Since some of us may be testing large exponents in the future the technics should be worked out.
