Default Status of PrimeNet

On the GIMPS Status page ( http://mersenne.org/status.htm) it is stated "March 1, 2006: All exponents below 17 000 000 tested at least once."

On the PrimeNet Status page (http://www.mersenne.org/primenet/status.shtml) one can see that a lot of numbers under 17 000 000 are still out for the first check. For instance for the range 14700000 14799999 there are still 79 number out for first LL testing.

Or is my interpretation of the status page wrong ?
