For this one I do have the relations-per-hour figure, it's 3.2 million on average. So we spent 23 hours getting the relations from 300M to 373.5M, which turns out to save 13 hours; suggesting that 340M or so would be optimal at this level.

There is a subtlety in that the relations-per-hour figure drops off significantly at the end of ranges, and I'm not quite sure how to handle that.
