16386, bitmap, I cannot find what this one means. It's 0x4002, so it's related to "1". For example "258" means k*b^n1 with fixed k, "2" means k*b^n1 with fixed n, and so on.
I just found the file where all options are explained, see the attachment. This is from pfgw distribution.
