Sure -- just publish a proof that your number is prime in a reputable journal, and then you can ask the EFF for the dough. In that regard, read the
EFF Cooperative Computing Awards Rules (link previously posted).
Regarding getting your discovery published, your spelling and grammar could use some work. Of course, you need a valid primality proof first...
