Odd. The IP for noprimeleftbehind.net definitely hasn't changed (otherwise nobody would be able to reach the website, as the DNS entry is not dynamically updated). It is probably, then, something with your ISP's DNS server (or maybe one further up the line from where it gets its information).

Glad to hear it's working with the IP at least. You should in fact be safe using the IP long-term if you want; even though Gary's IP address is not technically static (he had a static IP from his ISP, but we could never get it to work with his router so it's still using DHCP), it's practically static since the ISP never changes it on him. As such, it's entered directly into the noprimeleftbehind.net DNS records like a static IP would be.
