The small range for n=1 to 10000 would take you no time when sieving with the whole reserved range, so do them, too.

You can input those small primes into FactorDB but nobody is interested in...

17*18^19-1 is not prime, so your b is 19 ('https://www.rieselprime.de/ziki/Williams_prime_MM_19') not 18. Same for b=5 and b=2 is also a prime for the first form.

So:
(b-1)*b^(b+1) - 1 is prime...
