I checked the source for 25.9 and it spits out 3 values. I suspect it has been that way since version 18. I'll check if you'd like.

Maybe fixed. I eyeballed the code and only saw one possible problem. My PHP debugging skills are nearly non-existent, so I have no idea if what I tweaked was related to your issue.
