My simple sieve was too slow to take it to 1e9. Instead I double checked your 60,863 factors and the 1,016,616 factors I found for 7<=p<1e6, and every factor is correct.

Did it really use B2=10M or did it choose it's own value? If it did not use 10M then try Pminus1BestB2=0 in prime.txt.
Otherwise it probably needs more than 20GB RAM.

In my opinion it should not be possible to get TF, P-1, P+1, ECM assignments in Cat 0 + Cat 1 range as well as in the DC Cat 0 + DC Cat 1 range.
Or at least the lower part of the Cat 1...
