Odd entries on Mersenne primes

https://www.mersenne.org/report_exponent/?exp_lo=2&exp_hi=&full=1 has what I believe is a bogus P-1 result attached.
The bounds are absurdly high for M(2)=3.

M(3) has 3 of them.
M(5) has 1....

That's a long way from current (2017; V29.8b6 is from 2019 and current). Why the old version?
Also you've already reported a 0-shift LL result for that same exponent, perhaps from gpuowl. And the...

Well that's odd

In response to a manual submission of a gpuowl result that appears to confirm the result by ATHFound 2 lines to process.

PRPDC being mishandled consistently

See https://www.mersenneforum.org/showpost.php?p=534689&postcount=445 for details on the latest occurrence I've had. There seem to be inherent issues in both prime95 and PrimeNet in handling PRPDC....

It looks to me that automatically running and reporting via primenet api, prp results are recorded as unverified (reliable), while manually reported are recorded as unverified; the (reliable) is...

Hmm, did you mean to write decreased by 1 bit? If saving two primality tests justifies factoring to bit level n, saving one primality test would justify half that factoring effort, which is bit level...

Currently, https://www.mersenne.org/workload/...

Currently, https://www.mersenne.org/workload/ does not indicate any expiration dates for TF or P-1 assignents. Could you please add those? (Blank fields create the illusion these won't expire.)
