As has been said, they 8 pin CPU plug is not interchangeable with the GPU ones. If your board uses only 4 pins for the CPU feed then make sure to get a 4+4.

Edit; according to https://www.tomshardware.com/news/beaglev-riscv-announced it had a dual core 64 bit U74 CPU.

Have you experimented with running more than one instance of Primo, maybe at different priorities? There are a lot of free cycles...
