Now that Sierpinski Base 4 is being coordinated through Conjectures 'R Us, should this thread be moved there and locked?

I have not moved it there because it has its own top-5000 project ID but I see nothing wrong with it.

Jean, Tcadigan, and Jasong, what do you think of moving this thread to the Conjectures 'R Us project?

I would not suggest locking it. We'll have sieving following by searching in the future for n>1M most likely for 4 k's and we'll coordinate that through this thread. I'd leave it unlocked for the same reason that we're leaving the Base 2 even-n and odd-n conjectures thread open.
