I would have bet that mergers between sequences only of the project would have been found.

Based on your experiences, what would be around a core week or two of work to finish a sequence (on average)?

You are asking about the average time to terminate a sequence, is that correct ?
Because it varies very much depending on the sequence, but I think you already know that.
That makes me assume that I'm misunderstanding the question...
