Today in Strikingly Senior Moment: I appear to have finished linear algebra on C255_141_76 and then deleted the output directory without reporting the results. That was dumb. Starting again ... ETA morning of 26/1 (I'm using a slower computer)

(the timings are such that I can't possibly have finished linear algebra, I must have run the find-optimal-density pass and then deleted the output directory without running msieve!)

65.0 hours for 17.51M matrix at density 118 (not 120) on 12 threads i9-7940X (I was doing filtering on the other two).

So the extra sieving to 300M rather than 250M relations saved about eight wall-clock hours of linear algebra on what wasn't a terribly difficult matrix; I don't think that's really worth it.
