Wikipedia article of Prime95
The Prime95 Wikipedia page has an excellent overview on using Prime95 to test your system and ensure it is working properly. The tips presented there should be helpful regarding how long to run the torture test and provide a solid guideline on how long to run the Prime95 stress test.
Unfortunately, this is no longer the case (maybe it has been shortened another time before that, I did not look):
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Prime95&type=revision&diff=966042715&oldid=897876798

Also, the version history got removed for no valid reason other than brevity.

We can use https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Prime95&oldid=897876798 to access a previous revision of the wikipedia page. (The revision history looks to me like the big cutdown eliminating large quantities of data was in May 2019.)
And at some point I'll add a version history post to the prime95 reference thread.

I brought up this issue a while ago: https://mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?t=24524

TL;DR: Wikipedia is not a how-to guide and should not be treated as such.

Wooops, should have looked a bit more deeply in the forum.

Nonetheless, can someone remove the link on the download page?
