gribozavr, maybe you can post a time (UTC) when you'd like to have everyone's DEL files...what they have sieved up to that point. That way you can have the leanest dat file to be drawing the first range.

Also, I suggest releasing only enough work for a week...maybe 500-750M?? With one more week of sieving, we should be at 1126T. That will save ~16 tests per M.

2^49 = 563T ~365 k/M
2^50 = 1126T ~349 k/M
2^51 = 2252T ~334 k/M
2^52 = 4504T ~321 k/M

The 26th is the start date as Rytis won't be available on the 25th...unless you can get him the range before he turns in for the day...today the 24th.

Too late for now, going to sleep already :)

gribozavr, I'll keep taking 10T ranges until you release the first work to PG TPS.

Afterwards, we'll see what needs to be completed before the second work release next week to have everything below 2^50 finished. That's a good place to be one week into LLRing...well, as good as we could hope for.

2^51 would have been better...with 2^52 being ideal!

Let me know when you'll be preparing the "master" dat file so I can have all my DEL files to you by then.

I'll be finished with my range on Sunday afternoon, but I need a place to upload it. Will we be uploading just the .del file or the .dat too?

Only the .del file is needed.

use sendspace.com to 'upload' it. post the link here.

Or zip it and upload it. How big is the file?

What happened? It's the 26th at 10:45 UTC (12:45 Lithuania) and PG TPS is dry. Did Rytis get the first range?

Rytis 2007-01-26 13:54

I wasn't available yesterday, so we agreed to start today. Waiting for the first range from gribozavr.

Sorry Rytis. Yes, today is the start date. I thought that we would have had something for you either last night or first thing this morning.

I see that you have a few eager crunchers over at PG. Let's hope you get the WU's soon before they call for a mutiny.

DANG that was fast!

Unfortunately, we're still waiting on a range release for PG.
Fortunately, you're new completed range might make the release!
