Double Checking on GPU72
Is it still possible to be allocated exponents for cpu via GPU72 or is this now on the back burner?

Yes, it is quite easy and most with GPU's do CPU assignments though gpu72. PM chalsall  |

Certainly. The assignments from GPU72 are for whatever platform the worker intends. Please just PM me your Primenet "username". This is the username you use to log into Primenet, or configure in your prime.txt file. Importantly, DO NOT send me your Primenet password -- I don't need it, and don't want it. This is required for "Spidy" to detect when you've completed the work. |

Ah!!! Please be careful! Don't do this until I've been given the required username. GPU72 needs to know the Primenet UserName before the proxy will assign work from its cache; otherwise the requests are simply passed to Primenet for fulfillment. |

I recently changed most of my CPU work from P-1 to DC. I got an unpleasant surprise when the first DC to complete was a mismatch. Having nervously waited a couple more days, I am very happy to see that the two which completed overnight have matched. :w00t:
|
Does anyone know the mismatch rate off the top of their head?
|
I don't, but I know there were a lot of bad LLs with the version of the Prime95 used back then... it's somewhere in for forums.
