Resuming aliqueit
Hi,
I had to cancel the program while it was in the middle of creating the lattice. What command can I use to resume sequence 141966? It says that a data file (.dat) exists in the current directory. It must either be removed or -R specified to resume nfs. I want to resume where it left off, but every command that I try doesn't work. -R is not recognized. Thanks, John |
Aliqueit delegates to yafu, which is the program that produced the messages seen. Yafu requires -R but aliqueit doesn't have such an option.
You must manually tell yafu to finish, then when you restart aliqueit you can use -f <factor> to give it the factor yafu finds. To resume yafu, use something like [c]./yafu "nfs(num)" -R -v[/c], where num can be found on the first line of nfs.job. |

Hmm, I think if it was that simple, I would have used it... Edit: But it seems to work. Whelp |
Thanks. It worked.
